Ordering a custom color for Maibec EM+® Genuine Wood Siding requires several steps to ensure an accurate color match. After placing your order, a sample request is mandatory for all custom color orders to validate the color for production. Maibec will create a sample based on your requested color and send it to you for approval. Your signature is required to confirm the sample before production can proceed. Please be aware that this process may take additional time due to the specific procedures involved in color matching and approval, as custom color orders are considered special requests.

To calculate the required purchase amount of 1x10 boards, multiply the total square footage needed by 1.3, the designated conversion factor for converting square footage to linear footage. Additionally, be sure to purchase an equal linear footage of 1x2 batten planks to complete the installation.

Minimum Order Fee:

Special orders below the following thresholds will incur a minimum order fee of $150 Net:

• Less than 250 square feet of siding.
• Less than 250 linear feet of trims.
• Fewer than 10 boxes of shingles.
  

To avoid additional fees, please account for 3-5% material loss due to cutting during installation.
