Maibec Ventilated J - strips

Maibec Ventilated J-Strips are essential for ensuring proper airflow and moisture management in exterior siding installations. Made from durable steel, these strips are designed to be installed at the tops of walls, under windows, and between storeys to promote ventilation and drainage. The perforated pattern, open at 50%, prevents rodents and insects from getting behind the siding while sealing the roof space against moisture infiltration.

Each piece is 10 feet long and available in black or white for a seamless finish. Ideal for both horizontal and vertical siding applications.

Prevents moisture from infiltrating attic spaces thanks to the curved “J” profile. For installing siding at the tops of walls, under windows and when transitioning between storeys.
