Maibec Ventilated Universal Band

Maibec Ventilated Universal Band is a versatile galvanized steel strip designed to provide optimal ventilation and drainage for thicker wall installations. A perforated pattern open at 50% prevents moisture buildup while keeping pests out.

This band can be easily folded and modified on-site to suit various installation needs, including tops and bottoms of walls, windows, and flat roofs. It is ideal for double-furred walls and for protecting foam insulation panels. Each coil contains 5 bands, each 10 feet long, ensuring flexibility for various exterior applications.

USE

• Optimizes air circulation behind the exterior siding across the entire surface
• It prevents rodents and certain insects from infiltrating behind the siding
• Provides protection for rigid insulation panels or thicker lath (e.g. 2" x 3" lath, double lath)
