The VERSATEX Vented Soffit System is designed to enhance both ventilation and aesthetics in building projects.
Featuring a unique 8/4 repeating vent pattern, it delivers 10 square inches of free air space per linear foot, ensuring superior airflow. The vents are precision-cut to deter nesting insects, eliminating the necessity for additional screening.
Available in smooth finish, the soffit comes in various sizes, including 1/2" thickness with widths of 12", 16", and 24", all in 18-foot lengths. Complementary components like Notched Fascia and Frieze Boards are also offered to provide a cohesive and polished appearance.
